  • Pre-cook phone consult

    To get to know if this service is right for you, reach out for a free 15 minute initial consultation. In this consult we will cover lifestyle, needs, dietary allergies, intolerances and preferences.

    More complex health issues may require a more extensive nutrition counseling and education session.

  • Two & half hour session

    A 2.5 hour session is a great introduction to too this service or great for weekly sessions.

    This length session is great for giving a mixture of fresh meals, meals for the freezer plus a snack or breakfast option. This should give you a roughly 15-20 meals depending on your dietary needs.

  • Three hour session

    This is a great service length for fortnightly clients or clients wishing to get the freezer with backup stock to deal with life’s little situations.

    This length session is great for a mixture of fresh meals, freezable meals, snacks/desserts & breakfast options. This size session should give 20-30 meals.

  • Five hours

    This is the big kahuna of meal prep options. Prefect for the ultimate stock up!

    This option will give you around 40 freezable meals plus multiple breakfast & snack options.

  • Special event catering

    Got a special event? This option is widely variable. Allowing dinner parties, small event or corporate function foods that are healthier and more allergen suitable than general catering options.

    This option requires access to a on-site kitchen.

  • Cooking education sessions

    These sessions are flexible tailored to your specific needs. These sessions can be both in-home or in-supermarket. Great for sparking interest in children, educating around new family allergies, or strengthening you health knowledge with integrative sessions were you can get involved and ask questions!

This sounds expensive?

These sessions might sound out of your league, but the key goal of this business is to break down the barriers to healthy living. Cost should not be a barrier to good health, meals can be designed to be budget family friendly if needed. The hourly rate is $50.00 per hour for a in-home nutrition cooking session meaning these sessional can range from $100-$250 depending on needs.. Thats $4.50 a meal!

What is the process?

After the initial consultation, Simple cases will then be directed to book sessions online via our online booking system. Once booked in a suggested MEAL OPTIONS list will be emailed to you tailored to your dietary needs. These meal options offered are not set and are flexible if something doesn’t sound like what you are looking for, we can change it! (meal options will change each session and meal requests are welcome!). Once meal options are confirmed a SHOP LIST will be sent to you. You are required to purchase and responsibly store food items, spices, herbs & sauces are supplied by us, as are some kitchen items such as slow cooker, pressure cooker, knives, food processor ect. Booking sessions in should be done at least 7 days prior to session to ensure the best service and meal options, Booking will not be accepted if later than 4 days before wanted session as this process requires time and planning of meals anything less would not allow for the quality we aim for.

Some cases where health issues or requirements are more complex a personalized nutrition counseling session may be required to ensure adequate understanding & education around nutrition’s and the health improvements that may be experienced / what to expect.

What else do YOU NEED to know.

As these sessions are performed in a clients home it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the kitchen area is clean & tidy with a clear bench space & no dishes in the sink.

Clients should also consider the need for adequate storage for food provided, this includes containers (single or multiserve), fridge space and freezer space. If clients fail to have adequate storage, they may be charged extra for additional containers to be provided, or food may be left out on the bench which will not assure the food safety standards we aim to ensure at all times.

What health conDITIONS are suitaLE FOR this service?

This service is available to anyone who just needs help! However, there are a few health conditions that benefit exponentially from this service. These include: PCOS related weight gain, Pre-diabetes, insulin resistance and glucose related disorders, established diabetes (Newly diagnosed diabetics should work with a dietician), Inflammatory conditions, autoimmune conditions such as Hashimoto’s, celiac disease, new allergy diagnosed clients, Pre & Post-Oncological support, New vegetarians & vegans.
